SignalCraft vs Preuve AI: evidence without false precision

Preuve is stronger when you want a fast scored verdict, broad source coverage and a larger founder-tool ecosystem. SignalCraft is designed for founders who want source-linked interpretation, explicit uncertainty and deeper B2B commercial scrutiny without a success-prediction score.

Choose SignalCraft when

The decision needs context, not a verdict

  • You want evidence quality and relevance considered, not only source quantity.
  • You need contradictions, missing evidence and commercial risks kept visible.
  • You are validating a B2B buying path involving procurement, security or integration.
  • You want the next test without a numerical claim about future success.

What Preuve currently says

Preuve’s public facts page says its free Reality Check and paid $59 Founder Report use ten AI agents across 60+ live sources. As last verified on 22 October 2026, it reported 9,500+ ideas checked and 253+ paying founders; it says paid reports use 40+ distinct domains with a median of 70 links.

Its July 2026 benchmark analyses more than 6,000 anonymised model assessments: the median model score was 54 and 17.5% scored 70 or above. Preuve explicitly says this is a distribution of assessments, not a study of startup outcomes. That distinction matters: a score can make research easier to consume, but it cannot establish the probability that a business will succeed.

Public product claims can drift as a site evolves. For example, Preuve’s machine-readable overview and facts page have shown different idea totals, and older crawled pages may retain previous pricing or report details. Check the dated primary pages below.
